How do I activate my software license?
For Windows: go to Settings > System > Activation > Change product key. For Office: open any Office app > Account > Change Product Key, or visit office.com/setup. For other software, check the Help or About menu for license activation.

Can I get a refund?
Faulty codes are replaced or refunded. Once you reveal a code you can't cancel for a change of mind, so check the region and platform before you buy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until you reveal a code: ask us and we cancel the order and refund you. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you lose the right to cancel once you reveal a code, so after that we can't refund a change of mind. A code that doesn't work is still replaced or refunded.
