Frequently asked questions
How do I activate my key on PlayStation Store?
Open PlayStation Store in your browser and sign in to your PlayStation account. Select your profile at the top of the page, then Redeem Code. Paste your code and select Continue. On a PS5 you can also use PlayStation Store → … (More) → Redeem Code.
Is this a digital code or a disc?
A digital code. Nothing is shipped; your code appears on your order page.
Which platforms can I buy Helldivers 2 for?
We list Helldivers 2 for PlayStation 5 and Steam. Availability per platform is shown in the options above.
Can I change platform after buying?
Choose the platform before you buy: a code activates only on its own platform, and once you reveal the code the order can no longer be cancelled for a change of mind (see the Refund Policy).
How quickly will I receive my order?
After payment, your code appears on your order page, usually within minutes, and we email you a link to it. Some orders get a short security check first. Pre-orders are delivered on or shortly after the release date.
Which region is this for?
This product is for the Global region and is redeemed on PlayStation 5.
Can I use a code from a different region?
Buy the region that matches your PlayStation 5 account. A code for another region may not activate on your account, so check the region shown on this page before you buy.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processors to protect your information.
Which payment methods can I use?
The payment options are shown at checkout and depend on your country and currency.
Can I get a refund?
Faulty codes are replaced or refunded. Once you reveal a code you can't cancel for a change of mind, so check the region and platform before you buy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until you reveal a code: ask us and we cancel the order and refund you. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you lose the right to cancel once you reveal a code, so after that we can't refund a change of mind. A code that doesn't work is still replaced or refunded.
