How quickly will I receive my order?
After payment, your code appears on your order page, usually within minutes, and we email you a link to it. Some orders get a short security check first. Pre-orders are delivered on or shortly after the release date.
Which region is this for?

Can I use a code from a different region?

Which payment methods can I use?
The payment options are shown at checkout and depend on your country and currency.
Can I get a refund?
Faulty codes are replaced or refunded. Once you reveal a code you can't cancel for a change of mind, so check the region and platform before you buy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until you reveal a code: ask us and we cancel the order and refund you. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you lose the right to cancel once you reveal a code, so after that we can't refund a change of mind. A code that doesn't work is still replaced or refunded.
