Where to look in Stumble Guys
- Open Stumble Guys and sign in to the account you want to top up.
- Open your profile. In most games it opens when you tap or click your avatar or name on the main screen.
- Look for your player ID there, usually next to your nickname. If there is a copy button beside it, use it.
If your profile does not show it, look in the game's settings, often on an account or basic-information page.
What to enter in the form
Enter your player ID in the Player ID box exactly as the game shows it, without your nickname.

Check it before you pay
- Copy it rather than typing it. Most games let you copy the ID from the profile screen, and a copied ID cannot contain a typo.
- Use the check on the form. Before you pay, we ask the game's top-up service whether that account can receive the top-up. An ID that does not exist is stopped there, before any money moves.
- Make sure it is the right account. The check confirms that an account exists, not whose it is. If you enter someone else's valid ID, the top-up goes to them, and publishers usually cannot move it back. Compare the ID with the one on your profile once more.
We never need your password
A top-up only needs the ID above. We never ask for your Stumble Guys password, a login code or access to your account, and nobody needs them to credit your account. If anyone asks for them in our name, it is not us, so do not share them.
If your top-up has not arrived
- Open the order from the link in your receipt e-mail to see its status. Some orders get a security check by our team first, which takes longer.
- If it shows as delivered, close and reopen Stumble Guys, then check the account the ID belongs to.
- Still missing? Contact support with your order number and the ID you entered. We check the delivery record for that order.
